Get yourself another unit of bikers and another 10 hounds to make a gorepack, which is the best formation in the book. Also, no Khorne Daemonkin army is complete without a Bloodthirster. Buy one and use your blood tithes to summon him. I also wouldn't say no to a Bloodstorm formation. S8 vector strike on a Heldrake is nasty and also, with your banners of blood on your Bloodletters, your Warp Talons can deep strike without scatter, making them actually somewhat useful.

Try to get your hands on a Juggernaut of Khorne Chaos Lord. You can convert them from Bloodcrushers if need be. They are extremely deadly and durable, especially when run with the Daemonkin relics and in a pack of Hounds or Spawn.

If you want to run a Heldrake, you also need 3 boxes of Raptors (build one of them as Warp Talons). I use that formation, and it is solid. Like natpri771 said, definitely get a Bloodthirster. It is a seriously cool model and makes a great centerpiece for a Khornekin force. If you have the cash, get two of them. Build one as the D-thirster (because he is awesome ), and one as the standard Unfettered Fury (for summoning). I need to come up with a second one myself, so I don't have to borrow other people's! A Soul Grinder and/or a couple of Maulerfiends couldn't hurt either, and maybe a Skull Cannon for summoning purposes.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

My suggestions in rough order of priority:

First get another biker unit to let you use the Gorepack Formation. Definitely the best formation in the book. The bonus rules are really good.
Also more hounds to beef up the Gorepack.
A Lord on a Juggernaught. You can join him to a unit of hounds, spawn or bikes. Great HQ for the points and highly customisable. My preferred weapon loadout is with a Goredrinker axe, LC and Combat Familiar
A Heldrake. They are outstanding against enemy MEQ and bikers. I'd avoid using the Raptor/Warp Talon Formation so you'd need to take a CAD to use the Heldrake.
A couple of Spawn. Run them in single model units. Great for sneaking onto objectives, eating Overwatch for another unit and for Blood Tithe points.
Some Cultists. Good value troop choice for a CAD and good for gaining BT points.
A unit of Possessed. Not great per se but needed to use the Slaughtercult formation.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I'd personally avoid a Bloodthirster for Daemonkin (at least selecting one in your initial list, if you can summon one then maybe). They look great but just aren't resilient enough without Greater Rewards/Grimoire Inv boost/Invisibility that you can give them in a Daemon list.

If you go the Bloodstorm formation route, consider adding Instruments to your Bloodletters. If they DS in, they can use the insturments to call down the Warp Talons without a reserve roll, which can then come in with no scatter on the banner.

Or, you could do the same thing with a Baleful Torrent Soul Grinder

Agreed with above, id say in the order of: blood thirster, second bikers and more hounds, drake, fiend, cultist
