I wanted to put dskyth wraithgaurd and wraithblades in raiders and I thought reavers mixed with windriders would be cool not sure how good skyweavers are but they'd be cool too. I thought infiltrating mandrakes(I could also do these with striking scorps too I guess) with a solitaire would be cool if the solitaire was and Independent character (idk if he is) because they would give him shrouded and stealth. Also I read I could have an aurtch join the reavers with a banshies mask so there was no over watch but could I also have a farseer/ warlock join and improve they're jink?

Well you can't have just a harlequin Solitaire. You'd need to field him in a heroes path, which is solitaire death jester and Shadowseer.

All de HQs are incredibly similar. The only thing they're for is webway portals. Pick whichever one you like the look of and use it as a taxi for your Scytheguard "delete anything" force.

In fact, just field Eldar at that point and win every game until you run out of willing opponents. If you're gonna go Windrider host/wraith host that's what's gonna happen anyway.

Your Eldar are not a CAD, are they? Isn't that a warhost detachment?
