Bit of a Ronseal thread this, anyone in Blighty ordered from Shapeways, and if so did the stuff arrive in a good state, were there any unexpected costs etc? Would you recommend it?

Lived in Wales for awhile and I ordered from Shapeways with no problems. I may be a bit biased, having a shop on there, but if you see something you like I recommend ordering. The customer service is good and so are the results.

I did in the Netherlands Shipped in perfect condition, and perfect products. But they are really expensive. Their start-up costs and transport costs are terrible high. It is worth looking at alternative such as local maker community hub.
