This looks awesome lol not too familiar with reavers though although I know they are a good unit... What unit are they good at killing?

Reavers are good at just about everything IME bar wall of death units.

I suggest getting another detachment in there.. namely RSR, and breaking those reavers into smaller units.
Larger ones might protect the caltrops better but have a hard time making use of all the HoW attacks since they must be in btb. Besides not every problem requires 12 bikes and when it does you can always team up. A mix of unit size 3 and 6 is optimal outside of special builds.

Anyway I'd leave one large unit (9 strong) add 3 meltas a champ and attach the archon for WWP goodness. Sounds crazy but its actually really solid since they have 3+ jink and hit and run. If you do try this out I'd also suggest an agonizer and SF for the archon.

Also why the SF missiles? They are expensive and make for poor anti tank. If its wounding t5+ your after then go with necros.. otherwise if you see a lot of horde 5+ armour like IG then take the monoscythes.

Actually yes. I have run the HOW spam. It's seriously an awesome way to run a close combat army, but I've done it using the Harlequins.

A nice addition to this list would be the Cegoraphs Jest formation from the quin codex. It would give you an extra boat (or two if you want) with haywire, 2 or 3 more jetbikes (either gun on them is fine but I like haywire, and definitely throw on the zephyrglaives) and a unit of harlequins in a starweaver who can all take the harlequins embrace which gives you D3 strength 6 HOW hits on the charge. Because of the formation special rule the harlequins can deploy 6 inches from the starweaver (which can also move before hand), make a run move, and a charge move in the same turn starting turn 2 giving them plenty of range. You would just have to drop probably a unit of reavers and the shatterfield missiles.

I agree MSU is the way to go. Remember you can pay as little as 10 points for a HQ. Units of 12 bikes are too unwieldy and get ruined by things like Broadsides and Tomb Blades splitting down gives you a semblance of a chance against them.

Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com
