How does this seem?

I don't see a great value in the Wave Serpent portion - I would hack this apart in favor of Rangers whom can play a more crucial scoring role in some ruins and use the spare points to increase Windrider count and add an Exarch to the Spiders.

I have no experience with the Sentinels of Terra portion.

Drop the WK, and use the points on getting some other units, hemlock for one would be a good option. The reason I say drop the knight is because pretty much anyone talking SM is going to have 3 cents in a pod, they will 1 turn you're WK, other then that your list seems fine
