Nah, Warbosses are skilled motivational speakers - so much so they have a special rule in-game. Here's an extract from the speech given by Warboss Gruk Tanksmasha on Halorius Prime, 716.M41:

"WWAAAAAAAAAAAA..."

It continued in that vein for several minutes, and by the end there wasn't a dry choppa in the house.
