The mega-nobz in the truck...That's a pretty big target in a very soft vehicle. Theres a good chance they will be walking.

Otherwise looks fun. Nothing too competitive but fun.

Down with Allies, Solo 2016!

If you want to run squads of 30 boyz then give them painboys. It will make them much more durable for very little cost.

If you are not allowed to take a second CAD (the rules let you so this would only be in a tournament that would restrict you) for 3 more HQs to do this, then take the ghazkull supplement detachment to get them.

Especially since you've paid the points for the heavy armor you want each of those big squads to have feel no pain.

Your other option is to run a green tide formation - this is what ork players run in tournaments and you are only 10 models away from doing this - then you only need 1 painboy to give the 100 guys feel no pain, ghazkull supplement also has a banner to give the green tide fearless. You can drop the heavy armor off them if you do this to get the extra points you need (since the green tide has 10 nobs in it).

Drop the meganobs down to 3, give your warboss mega armor and stick him with them and trade up for a battlewagon - this would be sweet.

Oh - and always take the lucky stick on your warboss - its amazing (with mega armor rerollable 2+ saves)

You're not considering that I'll be throwing the Mega Big Mek in there too! Between his KFF, Ramshackle, the Grot Riggers, and the Mek Tools theres a decent chance that this "Very soft" jalopy will make it far enough to get the Nobz into charge distance... and at that point they'll have their Krumpin Save 0+ against shooting attacks. I guess I should remove the Meks Grot Oilers and add extra armor to extend the time of its mobility!

By the time the Nobz slow down, the Boss'N'Boyz will have made it close enough to Waaagh all over da place!

I have two words for you. Green Tide.

You have almost enough boyz for it already and it's far superior for a foot-slogging list than lots of small squads of boyz. Heck, you have almost enough points into those gretchin for 2 squads to fill the troop tax to still get some meganobz and stuff.

You could attach the wierdboy to them for a hilarious DA JUMP which would either result in you being in your opponent's face with 100 ork boyz by turn 2 or all of them dying in a horrible, horrible death. That strategy would depend heavily upon the openness of the board.

Now you'll lose the every turn WAAAGH unfortunately which is a big blow. Would probably end up worse honestly. But I do love to see a giant wave of boyz on the field.
