So have a tourament coming up I think Chaos can win due to the heavy heavy list comp
The rules is as follows:

Army point limit is 1850 and may be made of any of number of Detachments. Each detachment is considered unique and is 0-1. Data Slates and Codex Detachments are all considered “Detachments” for the purposes of this event. Formations are not allowed. Any detachment that would violate the 0-1 unit rule (listed below) are not allowed.
Each player must designate their “Primary” detachment and the warlord must be from this detachment.
All units in the army are 0-1. The only exception to this is troops. A duplicate unit choice will be available if all other troop unit selections have been chosen in all of your detachments.
Example: An ork detachment may include a second unit of ork boyz if a unit of Gretchen is also selected. A third unit of ork boyz is available if a second unit of Gretchen is selected. If there is an ally detachment of Tau then there must also be a unit of fire warriors and kroot to allow the second unit of boyz (two fire warriors and two kroot to allow the third unit of boyz…etc.)
Special characters are considered the same unit as indicated by their background and may only be selected from the Primary Detachment.
Example: Ghazghkull Thraka and a warboss would be considered the same unit choice.
Units with the same name but from different detachments will also be considered the same unit.
Example: A space marine landraider and a blood angels land raider would be considered the same.
Example: A space marine landraider and a space marine land raider redeemer would be considered the same unit.
A single lord of war choice from your primary detachment is allowed. Only codex Lords of war are allowed (no forgeworld or imperial armour). Imperial Knights (including the chaos version) are the one exception and may be chosen with any acceptable faction.
A single non massive fortification may be selected and must use the updated stronghold assault rules.
A single 40K approved (non lord of war) unit selection from forgeworld/imperial armour will be allowed. Players must bring copies of the appropriate newest rules.

I am thinking of dropping the Dark Apostal and taking a lv 3 Soc. to put in with the Besekers with invis (yes you can do this if you do NOT give the Soc a mark. As unfluffy as it can get but its true

I like it for the most part, it looks entertaining at least. I think a couple of minor tweaks, here's what I'm thinking:

1. Your berserker champion has a gakload of upgrades, and 1 wound. Just give him a power axe and call it a day.

2. Tac squad is not very effective with no equipment. Give them a meltagun at least.

3. Plasma gun risky on bikes, T6 doesn't matter if you incinerate yourself. I think melta here is better.

4. Raptors....kind of risky. I think you can use your sorcerer idea here if you have the models. Are you willing to drop these? You could replace the Dark Apostle with a ML3 Biker Sorcerer with Spell Familiar and Sigil. Give him a Force Staff. Then pick up as many Nurgle Spawn as you can fit points wise and put him there. Roll him on Biomancy and you have a mini spawnstar. Pretty effectve, and at least semi-terrifying to your opponent.

If you hate that idea then consider something else for these points, I'm not sure they're going to do much for you except die horribly. A Heldrake would also be good, I assume this unit is going to be close in cost to a Heldrake.

5. I'd get rid of Daemonic Possession on the LR. It's expensive and could potentially eat Kharn on a reallly unlucky roll. It's more effective to get Extra Armour. You'll still be shaken but your main goal is to transport so it doesn't matter. Then pick up a dozer blade for it too.

Looks like a good time though, good luck with it.

Sadly a Spartan Assault tank can not take extra armor and no dozer blade but it can transport 25 models and ingores melta

Personally I would not use Kharn unless you fight titans.

Kinda late, but throw the Slaughter Horns on the sorcerer from CS and he becomes a Khorn Sorcerer... Boom
