A guy from my local game shop did propose to trade his dark eldar for my grey knights, Truth is, i dont know much about the dark eldars but i like their style. Here is the trade:

My stuff:

-Draigo
-Librarian
-10 x strike squad on sprues
-5 x terminators ( 4x halberds, 1 hammer and 1 psycanon )
-2 x nemesis dreadknight ( very well painted )
-nemesis dreadknight ( unpainted / full bitz )

-3x centurions all bitz

his stuff ( everything is well painted except 2-3 pieces )

HQ:
-1 Archon
-2 Sslyth

Élite:
-5 Mandrake
-5 Incubi

Troops:
-30 Kabalites warriors
-30 Wytchs

Fast attack
-10 Hélions
-5 Scourge
-1 Razorwing Jetbiker
-3 Reavers

Soutien:
-1 Talos

Transport:
-3 Raiders
-1 Venom

Is it worth it?

Monetary wise, hell yeah! his model count is almost twice as yours. Paint job is subjective without any photos of yours and his. Gaming might be difficult as he only have 1 venom; hellions/wyches/mandrake are unusable.

Venoms, Reavers, Scourges, min/max Kabalites, Grotesques, Razorwings.

I'll be honest though most of their stuff is somewhat useable I've found.

That's a solid basis for a dark eldar army. Just know that you will want more skimmers so my main concern would be matching paint schemes and any themes. I think your army is also a solid basis so it's a fair trade IMO.

I should add that the hellions and wyches won't see much use once you've tested them out. Oh and the jetbiker is actually a jetfighter.. in case you haven't seen the model. Lastly drakes are completely viable and excellent for what you'd want them for. It's just that usually people go the more straight forward routes of mechanized infantry which is really why you play DE.

Good units for DE-

Optimal Choices (If I leave these units out of a list, I feel like I'm missing out on something.)
HQ- None
Troops- Warriors in Venoms
Elites- Grotesques
Fast Attack- Reavers, Venoms, Scourges
Heavy Support- None
Formations- Scalpel Squadron, Grotesquerie

Reasonable Choices (Useful.  I'm not going to cry if I can't take them, but I might still take them.)
HQ- All
Troops- Warriors in Raiders
Elites- Trueborn, Mandrakes, Incubi
Fast Attack- Raiders, Razorwing
Heavy Support- Talos Engines, Ravagers
Formations- Raiding Party, Scarlet Epicureans, Corpsethief Claw, Dark Artisan

Sub-par choices (If I have to take these, I'm handicapping myself.)
HQ- None.
Troops- Wyches
Elites- Bloodbrides, Wracks
Fast Attack- Beast packs, Hellions
Heavy Support- Voidraven Bombers, Cronos Engines
Formations- Covenite Fleshcorps

I strongly prefer fielding units of five warriors with a blaster, riding in a venom, as my troop tax. Four to five of those is very cheap, and hard for opponents to handle with their quantity.

The Hellions and Wyches are useless. (Wyches will serve you better converted to harlies.)

You would definitely need to pick up some more Venoms before you'd be good to go.

DE arent all about fielding a max of raiders with warriors in? Venoms are better?

Both are good, but I'd argue venoms are better.
