1. Nova is a witchfire. Witchfire can be fired from inside vehicles.
2. LR has no firing points, but a nova power does not need line of sight to its targets.
3. In case it can, where do you measure the nova range? Do you measure from the edges of the whole vehicle (like a venomthrope in a bastion) effectively "cheating" in the nova range?

Because I really envisioned a chaos sorcerer with the last memory of the yuranthos casting it as WC (3) from inside a land raider, creating a ridiculous 42" diameter nova blast.

On a side note (don't have my book here), does a nova power hit the passengers of an open topped vehicle?
