One page fantasy is a free system, developed by an anonymous gamer.
It has 1 page of actual rules, but has a considerable amount of depth, and is relatively balanced.
It basically boils all the stats of a unit down into one stat, called quality. Think of quality of the sum of the averages between WS all the way to LD.

It is a nice balance between the simplicity of AOS, while still maintaining a lot of the elements of classic fantasy.
