I'm looking for some c/c on my army list. I have never played highlander before. I'm not sure what to expect.
My idea with this list is to use the triarch stalkers for the BS modifier. Spam gauss for any vehicle or LOW threat. Also the lord on barge can be a distraction/ anti vehicle/LOW.
I'm trying to make an all comers list. With the thought that basic troops are with gauss weapons are the necrons greatest strength followed by reanimation. I have also thought of taking illumionr szeras and more warriors instead of the lord on barge.

Not sure this will be much help but most highlander competitions I've played in don't allow multiples of the same thing ie several stalkers for example. The idea being there can be only one of each thing. You might get away with it if you give each stalker a different weapon?

The stalkers should be ok because it is a unit.
List look pretty solid. Lots of guass and tough to kill units.

I asked the tournament holder about squadrons and he said that's ok.
The original list I had thought about if I couldn't take 3 stalkers would be the same as above except just one stalker and either a monlith or a tesseract ark.

If I were running a Highlander list I would likely explore a list that centers around featuring the best units the Necron Codex has to offer in the CAD.

a unit of 10 Tomb Blades (Gauss, NS, SV)

Orikan and Zandrekh most commonly join the Lychguard (giving Lychguard Zealot and re-rollable Invuls) but depending on the match-up they might might join other units (e.g. Zandrekh going with warrior blob and Orikan going with Wraiths)

unfortunately I don't have 3 heavy destroyers. I never thought about lychguard though. I'm assuming swords and shields right? I tried the orikan lychstar once and unfortunately it had a rough time with a squad of meganobz and ghazzy.
