I think it looks very good. And it's clearly a wolf. The one thing I would correct are the letters, they are wobbly and they make the rest of your work suffer. A decal or a stencil, or even using a handwriting pen would look much better.
Good solid job. A little cleaning up of the letters as mentioned above could help but it is a great first attempt. I am too afraid to do freehand myself so kudos to you.

Thanks to you too. Don't be afaird. I actually used a pencil to outline the head. If something goes wrong you can delete it with eraser. When ready just start painting. But I suggest first trying it on paper. Here for example I draw you a skew-eyed marine guys :
