So I have only played Grey Knights a couple of times and I have a very competitive league coming up. I don't mean to sound like that guy but I want a power list that can win as soon as possible. Another thing is that I face quite a few Knights where I play at. Usually only 1 per list, but sometimes 2. I have the option of running one as well but i have very few models on the table as it is. Anyway, I was hoping to get some thoughts on this list and what I can do to make it as competitive as possible.
Nemesis Strike Force
HQ
Librarian Psyker Level 3, Storm Bolter - 140
Troop
5x Terminator Psilencer, Daemon Hammer - 190
Elite
5x Paladin Apothecary, 2x Psilencer, Daemon Hammer - 335
5x Paladin Apothecary, 2x Psilencer, Daemon Hammer - 335
Dreadnought 2x TL Autocannon - 145
Fast
9x Interceptor Daemon Hammer - 236
Heavy
Nemesis Dreadknight Teleporter, Hvy Psycannon, Gatling Psilencer, Daemon Hammer - 230
Nemesis Dreadknight Teleporter, Hvy Psycannon, Gatling Psilencer, Greatsword - 235
Lemme know what you think guys! I am willing to change anything in this list as I am pretty inexperienced with Grey Knights. Remember to keep it as competitive as possible. Thanks guys!

Not a shabby list......The deadnaught is possibly the weakest unit in the list.

It's a pretty good list, the dread might be the only questionable part of the list

Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

I'd be tempted to swap the dreadnaught out for another libby?
Also what's the reasoning behind taking Psilencers instead of psycannons?

I would cut the paladins and go with regular termies. Paladins are too easy to instant death. You could take a lot more bodies for that cost.
5 termies with 1 hammer, 1 psycannon, and 4 halbers with melta bomb on justicar is 208.

The reason I want to take the Psilencers is two reasons, Force and cheaper points cost. What about this list?
Nemesis Strike Force
HQ
Librarian Psyker Level 3, Storm Bolter - 140
Troop
10x Termies 2x Psilencer, 2x Hammer - 380
Heavy
Dreadknight Teleporter, Gatling Psilencer, Heavy Psycannon - 225
Dreadknight Teleporter, Gatling Psilencer, Heavy Psycannon - 225
Allied Detachment - Blood Angels
HQ
The Sanguinor - 200
Troop
Tac Squad 1x Lascannon - 90
Fast
10x Assault Squad 1x Power Fist - 195
Aegis Defence Line Comms Relay - 70
Knight Gallant - 325
I really wanna go pure Grey Knights but I'm finding it to be difficult in order to be competitive but I feel like this is a solid list.

I know this is a few days old... But here are my 2c... On the original list. Don't know blood angels well
Libby... Storm bolter not worth the 5pts, give him a hammer.
Paladin are fun, but at their point cost for t4 models they are not worth it. Melta and las will eat them.
Run two squads of 10 man terminators, 2 psycannons.. Combat squad these up where the two psycannons are together and a bunch of bolters are together. This gives good target priority for the combat squads. Various cc weapons.
Interceptors are begging to have incinerators. Again, for ten models and combat squad. Two ways to do this. Either both flamers in the same squad and a bunch of cc upgrades go to the other... Or just make two flame squads. Either way, these guys pull models out of cover very easy.
Dreadknights best weapons are the flamer and psycannon. And a hammer/sword.
Everything I have there clocks in at 1580pts.
Ml3 libby hammer
10man term x2 psycannon
10man term x2 psycannon
10man interceptor x2 flamer
2xNdk teleporter hammer flamer psycannon
In a list like this I have obliterated leman russ parking lots, broke tau gun lines, eaten white scar bike spam, banished a ton of demon princesses, etc... It is effective. And had room to grow!
Even slugged it out recently with Eldar semi cheese (not a full bike list) and won.

As above, i believe this is the best advice.
Grey knights need as many bodies as possible, they are quite elite on their own.
For the rest of the pts, i would try to find a way to squeeze a way to manipulate reserves. You need to deep strike all these t1.
Look to officer of the fleet (+1 reserves rolls) from guard and aegis line with comms relay.
And you would have room for another interceptor squad
