This is my list for a Highlander tourney at my local FLGS. Not sure what the meta really is there as its my first time playing there. Only Maelstrom missions will be used.
My plan for the list is to combat squad the sternguard and to drop the 4 combimeltas to pop something juicy turn 1 then to ride the other 5 in the razorback. The Honor Guard willl ride in the Land Raider. The librarian can go in either the razorback or the land raider. Not sure which? Im also wondering which psychic disciplines will be best for the librarian? Any comments and criticism will be greatly appreciated.

I’d keep the SG together in the pod, you can combat squad out of it. But they want to spend the game in rapid fire range, and nothing draws fire like a transport getting them there.

Especially if you are doing maeilston games I think a DT LSS for the scouts would be a much better investment then the razor. You could use the spare points to upgrade the Dev’s ML’s to LCs.

Don't see the use of Las/plas Razorback here in FA slot.... Imho, consifer swap it out for a LSS for those scouts. The rest of points can used to take a banner for those HG, that get them 5 power weapon attacks on the charge.
