Here's a quick list that i've come up with, i'd like to get some ideas and opinions on it.

Warpsmith
~ Warlord, Aura of dark glory

2x CSM
~10, 2x plasma guns, Rhinos

2x Hell blades
~Helstorm Autocannons

2x Chaos Vindicators

Chaos Rapier Weapons Battery
~3x Laser destroyers

Mayhem Pack formation
~3x Helbrutes, 2 Heavy-Flamers

Mayhem pack barebones powerfist multi melta or don't bother with it

You have a lot of points in reserve with the 2 Hell Blades and Mayhem Pack. I agree to cut the heavy flamers from the Helbrutes. You also have no place for your Warpsmith ao you should remove a CSM and Plasma gun and stick him in there. With the saved points you can probably afford a barbies squad of cultists and maybe combi bolters for the Vindicators (to help with Weapon Destroyed reaults).
