If you are slogging boys, don’t bring anything but boys for infantry. Bring units of 30, and as many painboys as you can. Your warboss should also have the lucky stikk, no exception. Even ignoring the reroll ability, having an entire mob with +1 WS is beautiful. The issue with the cool flashgitz and nobs is that they’ll get singled out and chewed up. No bueno. And at a price tage of 3x or 4x a boy, definitely not worth it.

Look at the ork warband formation to get that constant Waaagh! To keep you moving fast.

You can't choose your warlord traits, having a TL Shoota is useless if you have The Dead Shiny one, Why 17 Footslogging Nobz? They will die immedieately. Also, why so many weapons on them? I'd say 11 Nobz with the Warboss in a Trukk with 3 PK's and 4 BC.

Footslogging boyz have to be at least 20 or more. All Boyz units must have Nobz with Bosspoles and PK's. Also, Lootas are waaaaaaaaaay better than Flash Gitz. Also, 30 points for not letting your Boyz die the first turn, which is what will happen here? Not overcosted.

I think with such list you are gonna suffer a lot, unfortunately.
Vehicles are mandatory for Nobs and Flash Gitz! For foot army you'll need only slugga boyz, painboyz and WAAAGH!

Therefore, try "Ork Warband" formation + Ork Horde Detachment with 3 Painboyz.
Otherwise, "Green Tide" formation + Combined Arms Detachment with Mad Dok Grotsnik. Plus use all advices above!

Forgot to mention that Nobs can be taken only 10 models in one unit as well as Flash Gitz.
