Pretty happy with this list overall but I still have 10 points to spare and am not sure which heldrake weapon to take.

Since you're going for Flying Circus, you're probably better off dropping the KoS and making the DP's Tzeentch. You only really need one Exalted (Grimoire) and give them both a Lesser for the +2 S Staff. Spend the rest of the points on ML's for the Nurgle Prince and maybe a few more horrors.

Ok, rewrote the list as a tzeentch oriented one, still not 100% about losing the LoC but the grimoire rerolls seem pretty good.
currently looks like this:
HQ
- Kairos Fateweaver - 300
Troops
- 11 Pink Horrors
- 11 Pink Horros
Heavy Support
- Daemon Prince - Tzeentch, Wings, Armor, ML3, Exalted Reward, Lesser Reward
- Daemon Prince - Tzeentch, Wings, Armor, ML3, Lesser Reward
Fast Attack
- 8 Screamers
Allied Detatchment - CSM
