Well it's an unorthodox approach to Daemons AND I'm interested, but I think it could be a little more streamlined. What kind of list building restrictions are you dealing with? The switch by ITC to allow dual
CAD's has opened up a lot of options for Daemon lists if that's what you're working with. More precisely, it has made the
KoS and
GUO less attractive as it's pretty easy to get enough
HQ slots without taking them to unlock
DPs of the same alignment as Heavy choices. That being said, I'd suggest something like this using pretty much the same models as you're list (barring the Nurglings as a discount obligatory Troop choice):
CAD 1
Nurgle
DP: ML3, 2x Greater, Wings, Armor
Nurgle
DP: ML3, 2x Greater, Wings, Armor
10x Daemonettes
3x Nurglings
CAD 2
Nurgle
DP: ML3, 2x Greater, Wings, Armor
Slaanesh Herald: ML2, Steed, Greater, Locus of Beguilement
Slaanesh Herald: ML2, Steed, Greater
10x Daemonettes
10x Daemonettes
20x Seekers
Comparing the two lists, this one nets you one extra Warp Charge and 4 extra shots at Invis and 2 more (practically) guaranteed Shrieks. You don't really lose anything by splitting up the Daemonette units because you weren't going to Grimoire them anyway. The Heralds also pack guaranteed AP2 which helps A TON in the combats that really matter. Not to mention the Locus of Beguilement (reroll to hit for the unit) makes the rest of the Seekers hit a lot harder. I think the Heralds bring a lot more to the list than the slow as cold molasses
GUO. This points rearrangement also allows each of the Princes to take a second Greater Reward which can be a huge boon depending on what you roll up. Don't forget to be flexible in your choice of Psychic powers/tables depending on your opponent. Flexibility is the greatest power a Daemon army has!
