Im a player of the hive mind. However, from what i know of your codex, i like the idea of spaming flying MCs. Deamons princes are by far your best unit so spam it. Did you try it yet?

It looks sound to me. I would try and keep a little bit of summoning for late game shenanigans.

Seems OK, but I'd at least try to split the daemonettes and seeker squad in half.
Morale isn't an issue so why not give your opponent more to shoot at?

I wouldn't like to play you with all that potential invis and flying shenanigans haha.

Well it's an unorthodox approach to Daemons AND I'm interested, but I think it could be a little more streamlined. What kind of list building restrictions are you dealing with? The switch by ITC to allow dual CAD's has opened up a lot of options for Daemon lists if that's what you're working with. More precisely, it has made the KoS and GUO less attractive as it's pretty easy to get enough HQ slots without taking them to unlock DPs of the same alignment as Heavy choices. That being said, I'd suggest something like this using pretty much the same models as you're list (barring the Nurglings as a discount obligatory Troop choice):

CAD 1
Nurgle DP: ML3, 2x Greater, Wings, Armor
Nurgle DP: ML3, 2x Greater, Wings, Armor

10x Daemonettes
3x Nurglings

CAD 2
Nurgle DP: ML3, 2x Greater, Wings, Armor
Slaanesh Herald: ML2, Steed, Greater, Locus of Beguilement
Slaanesh Herald: ML2, Steed, Greater

10x Daemonettes
10x Daemonettes

20x Seekers

Comparing the two lists, this one nets you one extra Warp Charge and 4 extra shots at Invis and 2 more (practically) guaranteed Shrieks. You don't really lose anything by splitting up the Daemonette units because you weren't going to Grimoire them anyway. The Heralds also pack guaranteed AP2 which helps A TON in the combats that really matter. Not to mention the Locus of Beguilement (reroll to hit for the unit) makes the rest of the Seekers hit a lot harder. I think the Heralds bring a lot more to the list than the slow as cold molasses GUO. This points rearrangement also allows each of the Princes to take a second Greater Reward which can be a huge boon depending on what you roll up. Don't forget to be flexible in your choice of Psychic powers/tables depending on your opponent. Flexibility is the greatest power a Daemon army has!

In that list the seekers are gone.

I don't like units of 10 seekers. They don't apply pressure as they're easy to take out. Blobs of 20 ensure about 10 make it as well has apply speed pressure with the seekers and the daemon princes. The GUO deep strikes into the middle of the field.

Whoops there actually was a unit of 20 Seekers in that list already factored in to the points just forgot to include it. Edited the list.

Are you saying you don't like units of 10 Daemonettes? Because aside from handing them buffs the units of ten are functionally the same as blobs of 20 as long as you run them together.

Even deepstriking the GUO is so slow he'll almost never get into combat unless you're opponent allows him to. I think you get a lot more value out of the two Heralds. They are contributing as Psykers from turn 1, give you a much better shot at getting Invis (which allows your princes more rolls to buff themselves), and make the Seekers hit much much harder. Don't see what's not to like there.
