Plummeting Black Templar Thunderhawk Pilot

So I've stumbled across some paintings by a polish artist tat show mechs in Europe in the 20th century (1910-1940), and it reminded me how much I love the idea of a wargame set in that kind of setting.
Do any exist? I know about dystopian wars but I was thinking more late ww1/early ww2 type of setting. Less steampunk and more diesel punk.
Thanks for any and all replies

Well, there was DUST, which had exactly that, some awesome walkers and such, in an alternate WWII, but I think the company behind that had some issues and the game is pretty much defunct now. You can still pick up some of the minis, though, often at good prices thanks to the game no longer really working.
Other than that, try searching for 'weird war two' games, that's the term generally applied to this kind of thing.

There are also other sorts of Alt History Games, there is game of Prehistoric hunting of animals from the stone age up till modern times, Konflict 47 is coming out next year for Bolt Action. Then you can adapt other systems to the game you want like say A Very British Civil War which is systemless but deals with an alternate time line. Then there are other systems you can use to create imagi-nations.

Warlord and Clockwork Goblin will be releasing their Konflikt 47 range based on Bolt Action sometime in mid 2016, if you don't mind the waiting.

Two Hour Wargames has a "straight" WWII wargame called NUTS! and there's a Weird War supplement called War Without End. IIRC it covers superscience, mecha and the like.
Secrets of the Third Reich from Westwind games is still published. Never played it, but it looks like it adds combat walkers for the Allies and mad scientists with supersoldiers (zombies, apes, werewolves) for the other powers. The board/minis game Incursion is set in the same universe.
Gear Krieg is WWII with mecha - lots of mecha. The original OOP/PDF game from Dream Pod 9 used the same game engine as Heavy Gear, and I believe AD Publishing currently sells Gear Krieg supplements for Victory Decision, its "normal" WWII ruleset (uses the Mongoose Battlefield Evolution engine).
Darkson Designs used to do a game and minis line called AE-WWII, no idea where that is now.
Savage Worlds RPG has the Weird Wars line. Although an RPG, it's built to port over to tabletop minis combat easily. The game runs from simple stuff like haunted bombers to Nazi werewolves...
The Achtung Cthulhu line has a miniatures game, forget the name now. As you might expect, it's more WWII with Lovecraftian horrors in the mix.
Easiest thing to do is add pulp elements to a normal WWII game (supersoldiers, rocketpacks, deathrays) or horror (zombies, demons, cultists). You'll find zombie rules for many historical games out there on t'internet. Adding a mecha or -punk aesthetic is probably a bit more work, but totally doable.

Well which company would you all say makes the best looking weird world war models? And I'm only really on about mecha/science fiction stuff. Zombies and werewolves aren't what I'm looking for.
I'm sure me and some friends could come up with our own system to play if we knew where to get models.
