I have played a bit of daemons before but never at a competitive level.

I saw the other day, a list with double screamerstar and plaguedrones with Nurgle Heralds.

In quick view it was:

Fateweaver
2 x Tzeentch heralds on disc (one with book)
2 x 8 Screamers
2 x Nurgle heralds
8 x Plaguedrones
2 x 11 pink horrors

To me it sounds like a cool list and fortunally i have alle the models for it (dont ask).

Does anyone have an idea what to go with in psychic and gifts with this army. Wan't to try it out but i am searchin in the dark here.

i've been using a similar set up, but with a LoC geared for combat and the portalgyph instead of the grimoire. i also generally have a daemon prince jumping around as a pseudo be'lakor.
so mine isn't quite as competitive. but it is still fun to play.

but you'd probably want to run the tz heralds one in divination and one in malefic until you get cursed earth. the horrors take malefic.
then the nurgle heralds go biomancy. give them lesser rewards to take aetherblades. same with the drone champion.

That is Nick Nanavanti's daemon list from LVO. Its not about screamerstar, the main deathstar is the plaguedrones which completely control the center of the table while the the two screamer units with a herald in each manage each flank and summoning a bunch of daemons for objectives because the ITC mission pack is very objective heavy.
