Your list lacks quality. A Chaos Lord with nothing but the Mark of Nurgle isn't a threat to anyone. Plague Marines with just boltors are slightly tougher space marines that don't justify their cost. For the points the Defiler consumes, it's not worth 1/3 of your list as its firepower isn't exactly stellar for small point games because Battlecannons scatter and there won't be much on the board for it to scatter into.
I would definitely upgrade your Chaos Lord a bit. Give him a nice Artifact or a Power weapon, maybe some invuln saves. Then he'll at least be a close combat beast.
Plague Marines can carry two special weapons and should. Not knowing what armies you'll be fighting, a nice cheap and effective option is always Meltaguns so they can handle tanks, termies, and instant death most multi-wound models. You can reduce the number of Plague Marines to pay for the upgrades or get rid of the Defiler.
Havoc Launchers on Rhinos I'm rarely a fan of because it gets shot at a lot. You will be crew shaken or worse every time it gets penetrated and blasts cannot be fired as snap shots. Additionally, moving 12 inches will cause your weapons to snap shot and the same problem occurs. So your havoc launcher will almost never fire. Get rid of it.
The Defiler is unreliable for this point value and won't be moving around much if you want to use that Battlecannon. If you want a walker, I would take the Forgefiend, it's almost as tough to kill but much more reliable at shooting tanks. It has two high fire rate S8 hades autocannons. Eight shots into any vehicle, half of them hit, and a good chance to penetrate. Vehicles will die in one or two rounds of shooting. You can also activate Daemonforge to try harder if it absolutely needs to die right this second. Take the 25pt upgrade and get a plasma cannon for a mouth.
Other anti-armor support options include:
- Two Predators (AV13) with default Autocannon and Lascannon sponsons (115pts each, 230 total)
- Three Nurgle Obliterators (76 pts each, 228 total)
- Land Raider, durable troop delivery system that comes with twin Lascannons (230pts)
Personally, in 750 I'd go with:
Nurgle Chaos Lord w/Terminator armor (120)
Six Plague Marines w/2 Meltaguns and Rhino (199)
Six Plague Marines w/2 Meltaguns and Rhino (199)
Three Nurgle Obliterators (228)
You can even group the Chaos Lord with one or more Obliterators and deep strike them in, depending on who you're facing.
