AFAIK, every army with Psykers except Eldar, GK and Tyranids have access to Malefic.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Not totally sure if you're asking what I think you're asking, but the following have Malefic-capable Psykers:
Chaos Daemons, Chaos Space Marines, Imperial Guard (Sanctioned Psykers), Orks (Wierdboyz), Inquisition (Radical!), four flavours of Space Marines (Red Marines, Green Marines, Grey Marines and Bland Marines, but not Black Marines or Silver Marines), Heretics and Renegades lists (Forgeworld), plaus any that I've forgotten.

Also it heavily influenced Home World Cataclysm. For goodness sakes, the mother ships are the same!

CSM also have reliable daemon summoning, (not as good as Daemoms, but next best).
CSM Sorcerer's can gain access to relics that give them Daemon rule (prophet of voices) plus, all CSM should always be given a Spell Familiar.(let's them re-roll all failed psyker tests)
