I was wondering if there were other Kingdom Death Monster fans out there that'd like a spot to discuss the game and tactics.

With the first wave of the Kickstarter in our hands, I can say the game is rather terrific.

First off, when me and my friends tried out the initial Lion encounter, and got mostly killed, with one survivor (mostly their heads exploded from insanity, but there was also some mauling).

We've now started up enough colonies to get the corpse lying around during the lion fight. We haven't gotten the lion super fat yet.

We have fought the Watcher once- and we nearly killed him (two wounds left) then he slaughtered our entire colony.

Anyway, what's everyone's thoughts?

Also- do we know exactly what the various expansions will add? I figure it'd be easy to add an alternate nemesis, monster or End Boss encounter to the campaign, but I'm not sure who is what.

I've (just) got mine, but I'm still in the inventorying and building phase so no actual gaming experience yet but the bits I've skimmed (not to spoil the surprises) look excellent
