He's under 300 pts and can psychic shriek 3 times and can infiltrate himself, and possible another unit with his warlord trait. Failing that scout up with some hounds.

EDIT: Disregard me - I'd forgotten the FAQ for Ahriman's staff.

Unsure what the rules question is, though.

It's luck-based, but he can be. You'll need to pray for a good roll on the 3d6. Two problems... the Eldar player may abuse the Deny the Witch rules to re-roll like crazy and with Psychic Shriek being low warp charge, you probably won't be throwing tons of dice at it. The other problem is that even though it ignores Armor and Cover saves, they can still have Invuln saves and Feel No Pain. So even if you get lucky and spam 10 wounds at him, he might get just as lucky and ignore 7 of them.

For slaughtering Wraithknights, I prefer to use Abaddon. He gets the job done. Just need to get him into combat somehow.

It's called a thick skin. The Jersey born have it innately.

No, Ahriman isn't very good. Psychic Shriek is a hail mary vs Wraithknights, and Ahriman is terrible in general, so you'll find yourself taking a crappy unit in the hopes of theoretically possibly rolling well in the event you face a Wraithknight. Not sure if Chaos has many better ways of killing Wraithknights (Daemons can do invisible Dthirster, though), but Ahriman is not very good.

Nurgle Prince with the balesword and iron arm can do some work on it.

Because you will be s9, even though you wont wound on a 2+ because its a GMC you will still hit on a 3+ and you will wound on a rerollable 3+. Not to mention each wound will deal d3 wounds. All in all, should kill it.

Aftermath can be calculated.

Be'lakor actually does better than that. He's 7(?) attacks, hitting on 3's, wounding on 2's. He kills Imperial Knights pretty well, too.

Belakor can make himself invisible too, which won't help with too much with Stomp but it is better than nothing.
