I have three major base colors I need for my termagant/hormagaunt swarms for Hive Fleet Behemoth. GW actually has both Mephiston Red and Abaddon Black in their Airbrush paint lineup (and I have a pot of each on the way to my local GW store... should be there tomorrow). But, Skavenblight Dinge isn't available in an Airbrush version through GW. For those that use both GW and Vallejo paints, does Vallejo have a color that's close to Skavenblight Dinge that I could use instead?

Could you not make it yourself? Much like their airbrush line, just add Vallejo airbrush thinner and flow-aid/stop-dri to the pots so they are 50/50 with paint and boom, airbrush paint in your desired colour.
