can someone explain what these do and if theres a need to every buy them individually? Theres a bundle i was looking at and these are the two things that i dont know about. The bundle doesnt come wit ha techmarine, so i am questioning the need for servitors... The only reason i would use them is to heal the hullpoints of my IK/Skitarii vehicles, but the only army i could maybe use them with was GK but i dont know if greyknights can even take a Techmarine... can they?

Servoskulls can be used to block infiltrating units from being placed within a 12" bubble I believe and are placed before infiltrators can be placed.

They are best used from Codex: Inquisition. Servitors from that codex have access to really cheap Plasma Cannons (as in 20pts for a Servitor with Plasma Cannon). Inquisitors can also take Servo Skulls, which are setup before deployment and limit the ability of the enemy to use pre-game Scout/Infilitrate moves. They also reduce the scatter of anything placed in their radius, which is great for first turn Deep Strikes or Blast Weapon shooting.
