I currently have a bunch of Dark Angels, but no other armies, so I've decided that space clowns are hilarious and am planning on getting some to go with my space monks.
So, my question is are there any good combo's these two armies can make. any suggestions on what the Harlequins portion should be focused on doing?

Pretty much this. I've gotten bogged down with trying to write actual paying work, but Dark Angels are in the queue for the Freakshow: Strange Bedfellows series. Interromancy is actually pretty sweet when you augment it with the Mask of Secrets.

so would 3 biker libby's in a Ravenwing strike force be a good combo with them?

been thinking about it more.
a Dark Angels detachment with two drop pods with a tac squad with a meltagun and combi melta in each
and a third with a grav sacred standard command squad with storm shields and an apothecary, with a ML1 libby and the Dark Angels librarius with them.
the first turn the two melta squads drop and pop something, the second the harlequins will be close enough to do stuff, and the grav pod will drop, and they can debuff the entire area + throw out lots of psykic dakka with the aid of some shadowseers
