What is the Strike Force Extremis?
Strike Force Extremis (SFE) is a unofficial expansion, which is supposed to bring Warhammer 40.000 to more skirmish-styled gameplay.
Most important addition in SFE is the action point system, that fully replaces original phase system.

What rules am I need?
To play SFE you need all rules that you use in normal game, Kill Team Lists by Heralds of Ruin (although, I'm going to write my own ones) and, of course, this document.

Nope.
I don't think that psykers in KT is a so good idea, if it's not about CSM or Daemons.

I thought you would have them as you included psyker rules.

Would a 1 wound level 1 librarian be so bad though? You could modify the psyker disciplines by allowing the psyker to choose the power, but then totally weed out the powerful powers that would seriously unbalance the kill team style.

Maybe, maybe. Yeah, W1/W2 little librarian souns cool.

I'm going to totally replace psychic system, may be the way I've done it previously.
