Hey all,
I'm looking to put together a group of "old guys" so that I can actually get a game in this decade. I'm 44 and I just don't enjoy the idea of playing with pre-teens/teens. It just doesn't feel right to me. So, what I'm looking for is an exclusively adult player base.
Let's say 25+ years of age?
Anyone else interested in this?
I am based in Boulder, but willing to drive all over the place if it means a solid mature, adult player base.
Thanks!

I'm also looking for games, but I'm over in aurora.
I've been to quite a few game stores around Denver, and overall I've found that the player base is usually at least in their 20s. There's a hobbytown in Westminster that has a good gaming group, but it's just a bit too far to me to want to go too often.

Aren't there some folk that play in Golden at Atomic Games West? Not sure on their age range though... Plus not sure if that still counts as far for you guys.
I'm in Denver... around Park Hill... like on the Northern edge of it.

Swing by Colpar in Aurora/Denver on Sat evenings. Most of my group has given GW games up as dead, but we've all played at one point or another.

If you guys are chill and not playing all the really crazy lists I'd be tempted to drop by.

Do any of you guys play fantasy at all or just 40k?
I am currently without a 40k army but would be interested in playing again.

I play frequently and am not a teeny bopper! Unfortunately, I'm based in the Springs currently, otherwise I'd be all over an Old Guys club.

Hey all, I just found this thread, but I'm in lakewood and looking for people to play 40k with. I'm pretty new, so I don't think I'm into anything crazy as far as lists go. I'd love to get in on something!

As I mentioned, swing by Colpar East. 40K going on pretty much most Saturday evenings. If you arrive late afternoon (4-5 pm) you will be allowed to play on to the late hours of the evening. Store staff hangs out till midnight or so playing. Main games are 40k, Xwing, Armada, the occasional warmahordes game, Infinity.
Im one of the older grognards, and have thrown away my 40k days, but most of the guys are in the 30ish crowd.
If you are on facebook, search up The War College. closed group, but its the local club that plays there.

I'd be down for some Denver area games... I can run up to 2000 of Adepta Sororitas with White Scars underway as well. Does anyone have a table, or are we really looking at shop tables on scheduled nights? I'm 40, with 25+ years in the hobby, but plenty of multi-year absences. 7th has been my 40k renaissance, and I'm still getting my legs under me and trying to stay competitive with an out-of-date army.
