A simple addition, but one I thought needed - the substitutes list this model as a Tzeentch Lord, but there is space for a lesser Sorcerer zipping about on a disc and hurling spells.

Opinions appreciated!

A nice addition indeed, and since you use already existing rules for the disc and the sorceror it looks like a very valid addition to use.

The only changes I would recommend is actually renaming it to a Tzeentch Sorcerer Lord on Disc of Tzeentch, as that seems more in line with how other mounted wizards are named.

Other than that, IMHO, nothing needs to be changed on it.
