Going for a very fluff-appropriate Khorne blood host detachment, friendly game vs. Space Marines:

Slaughtercult:
Chaos Lord with Kor'lath and on a bike

1 squad of bloodletters
1 squad bezerkers w/2 plasma pistols in a rhino
2 units of cultists
1 unit of possessed in a rhino

Gorepack:
2 units of bikers with melta bombs
1 unit of flesh hounds

Part of me feels like I need more anti-vehicle, but part of me thinks the mass glances to death will be fine.

I would drop the Berserkers for another unit of Bloodletters. Then I'd add melta guns on the bikers and MORE HOUNDS!

Funny story, my original list had bloodletters instead of 'zerkers & rhino, but for some other stuff (meltas and a chaos spawn)

The lord would benefit more from a juggarnaught. Extra attack and wound. Sigil is also nice. I know you want him to die with the axe but he can be a great beatstick as well. Keep him alive and summon a prince to get both a prince and thirster. I'd also find a way to get another unit of dogs and ditch the berzerkers for letters.
