Its said there are ulimited amout of Demons in the warp.

If Chaos Gods feel that Necrons are too dangerous and they could potentinaly wipe out humanity , can they launch some massive invasion from Eye of Terror and and empower someone similar like they did too Horus eons ago?

They'd need to manipulate others to do it for them really.

This would be tricky. The four gods are not great at cooperating even when facing direct threats. Second, projecting their power into the materium usually takes someone on this side helping them especially when dealing with necron's ability to destabilize warp using technology. If the necron's fully united and got their gak together chaos would be in for a fight. especially since the other races will continue to fight them as well.

Its not so much "Can they" its "Are they willing to" No matter what happens in the galaxy, one or more of the chaos gods gains to benefit in some form.

If the Crons start vaporizing people and races of beings, war will break out, Khorne will be pleased. If planetary resources become scars and plagues riddle the colonies due to lack of medical treatment and over culling, Nurgle will be pleased. If the Cron leaders and those with capable thought processes start to enjoy their slaughter, Slaanesh will be pleased. Tzeentch is the only god I can think of who will generally be pleased if a mortal, be it machine or not does A or B because "You did something and that was a part of my plan hur hur"

Along with the notion that everything within in the warp, being living or not, is innumerable, inconceivable and infinitely complex through multiple realities. Though there might be an infinite amount armies within it, the Chaos Gods balance each other out (For the mean time) and the biggest war within the cosmos, doesn't actually happen within reality, it happens within the warp as it cannot, will not end and is on a scale, expansive throughout time and reality.

A single Chaos Space Marine (Lets name him bob) might exists in 50 quintillion different realities, and Khorne might see it fit to send 50 quintillion Bob's to raid a solar system. though Bob may only be one, he is legion because of how the Chaos Gods warp reality.

Actually, Tzeentch is supposed to really hate the Necrons, iirc.
I forgot the exact reason why, but I think it has something to do with the Necrons wishing to impose order on the galaxy, which would interfere with Tzeentch's machinations.

Probably has less to do with that and more to do with the Deceiver.
I imagine all of Chaos would hate the Necrons. They don't have souls right? Or emit any kind of warp signature.
Should Chaos be getting any kind of feedback from them or their actions?

The beauty and problem with a sci-fi universe is that it's vast enough to never be sure. You can wipe out a whole galaxy, only to turn around and find more of something in another.

So yes, the Chaos could in theory wipe out the Necrons as we know them, only to have a much greater set of tomb worlds and/or C'tan fueled Necrons to emerge. You just can't be sure in that large of a system is all.
