I believe the base is something like a 120mm x 80mm oval, is there anything you'd like me to take a pic of a knight with to help show height? I already have a couple of it with stuff like 1/100 gundam models and revenant for another size comparison request.

No, Epic scale Warlords are smaller than regular scale Dreadnoughts, although not by much. You can use an Epic Warlord as a Dreadnought proxy without much issue.
