Title sort of says it all. I run mine with a WS, PS, NS so it clocks in at just over 200 points. Is that just a big ol' waste of 150 or so points? In the last codex I've run 4 similarly configured units (plus MS just to piss off my opponent).

They're not bad, but I find Nemesor's abilities worth more than the Barge.

I just can't buy into Nemesor (even though I own the model . Maybe it's just me but I guess you'd have to put him into a death star to make use of the command and personal warlord traits. If he could have a WS I'd change my mind about him...

I just run him with Immortals and use the Warlord Trait ability as needed. No need for a Deathstar for him, though coming stock with Zealot makes it tempting.

If you're running a ton of Warrior units, then yes, the CCB can be somewhat useful if you keep him in the middle so everyone can benefit from his buff bubble.
Otherwise, yes, Zahndrekh is superior.
