Hey guys so il be honest the standard csm book is infuriating me. So I am looking at running my army under kdk. Now I'm not looking to create a tournament level list but I'd like to make one which is fun to use and has a chance of winning I have
Around 29-30 standard csm 4 of which are havocs which I can just change back to bolters and I have some bolter do chosen mixed in
44 cc cultists with 2 flamer dudes
43 ranged cultists with 3 heavy Stubbers 3 champions woth shot gun
3 rhinos 4 of you include the predator which I plan to turn into 1
6 hell brutes
5 terminators 1 power fist 1 combi flamer 1 heavy flamer
6 bikers with a icon
5 raptors
A defiler
A land raider
A skulltaker which I can use as a herald
2 dv Lords
1 jump pack lord with 2 claws

Not a bad start but not sure how much beter KDK will be for you. it is my first army been playing it most of this year and a struggle to win games against most of the updated army's. Unless you want to spam dogs hell chickens they have a lot of the same problems csm have. I think about selling them all the time. But good luck to you no mater what you decide.

You're gonna want to pick up ALOT of Flesh hounds. Some bloodletters, A Heldrake, a skull cannon, a soul grinder.. Maybe a few maulerfiends. Definetly going to want a juggerlord. I'd grab a Bloodthirster and a daemon Prince as well. A unit of Possessed so that you can run a Bloodhost.

It's not a bad start- but you'd be hard pressed to make a viable list with what you have.

You're gonna want to charge with the CSM so that they can die and give you blood tithe.... I would drop the plasma. Maybe add the ccw' for an extra attack

nope, just field as many msu of cultist and marines.

First max out 6 squads of 8 cultists. there you now have 12 potential blood tithe points.

If you had a 2nd Combined Arms Detachment of KDK, can you get blood tithe points from another 6 squad of 8 cultists?

You get to generate so much blood tithe points real quick if you can take multiple CADs with as many 6 squads of troops with minimal 8 body counts.
