Blood Angel Neophyte Undergoing Surgeries

Ive been running my BA for a while real fun not taking them to any tournaments but some good games against some good players, agaisnt a full gambit of armies but a lot of other SM and my main opponent is dark eldar. My question is which one of these would add the most things to a BA army that they can not do on their own? Im leaning towards DA simply because I have the dark vengeance box and could use the models, but I also feel like i could simply paint them another chapter and cover up//green stuff the DA marks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just ally Space Marines and Dark Angels?

Seriously though, if you need Blood Angels there, it entirely depends on what you need. Bikers would mean you'd possibly want Dark Angels and then a Sammael deathstar. The main codex provides Devastator Centurions, and with Iron Hands Chapter Tactics you cam attach a Priest for a delicious 4+ FNP.

I mean evenutally maybe. But i still have a bunch of death company/ fragiso and lib dreads I got for cheap to the point where it just makes sense to really try and stick with the blood angels. Also im just a huge fan of the chapter for better or worse

I say go for vanilla Marines as allies. That brings in a lot of the "fun" things that are absent from the BA Codex such as Centurions and Stormtalons.

That is what I do with my BA, and kudos for sticking with the chapter.

Straight to the point, and hopefully avoiding the usual backlash. I was tempted to do the same in order to unlock Centurions and add some much desired grav cannons.

3,500 (and building) ASM
3,000 Blood Angels
1500 Eldar (abandoned)

AoS - Beastclaw Raiders, Ironjawz, Night Goblins, and Ogors - Destruction remains unvanquished!

Like I said earlier then, use Iron Hands and throw a Priest in each squad

Ravenwing strike squad is strong with black knights. Rumors says that white scars get something that gives ignore cover on one unit.
