Here's a question that I haven't been able to rationalise for myself over my pensive moments atop the porcelain chair;
The hole that Magnus created in the webway, we know that Malcador crumbled to dust after holding the breach, and that the emperor is guarding it now. We also know that Malcador hid Titan in the warp for years after his death in a 'reality bubble' that made it impossible for daemons to access the moon. So my quandary is, why didn't Malcador or the Emperor put a similar impenetrable bubble around the breach, effectively sealing it?

Titan exists in the material realm, whereas the webway gate is an open door directly into the warp. Hiding something that is in the material realm from warp gods has to be easier than hiding something in the warp itself from warp gods.

Because one was a hiding the warp stable planetary moon.
The other is a blaring, active, and powerful hole in the warp itself linking to reality. The breach may fight any attempt to seal it.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all. |

Not to mention the fact that there were trillions of Daemons pouring through the Breach; likely complicating the matter.

I mean immediately. If malcador could move Titan into the warp, and hide it from those trillions of daemons who would want to destroy it, it just made me wonder why they couldn't do similar there. I hadn't thought that the webway its self might resist, and yeah, maybe the daemons, being aware of the location would be able to breach it. Cheers.

Because Titan is a rock floating in the void of space. There's not a lot of people just standing around providing a bridge to the planet like there is on Terra.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised. |

Titan also had gellar fields and other machinery to help it stay hidden in the Warp. Thus making that job a little easier.
The Webway hole had no such assistance.
