White spirits will seal pigments. It's what gets sold as "pigment fixer" by various companies.

So after I apply the white spirits can a varnish over with a regular sealer with no ill effects?

You typically want to do your varnishing prior to weathering powders and then fix your powders.

You can use a light misting of matte varnish to fix powders as well.

i already sealed the model but i just am kind of ocd about having everything sealed up. ill check the video tho
