Unhealthy Competition With Other Legions

so i have 200 points to spend and i dont know what but this will be my new chaos army that i will buy,
CAD (Chaos space marines)
3x10 csm autocannon and plasma gun -495
2x3 oblits -420
The Purge (ia13)
Renegade command squad, ordanace tyrant -75
2x renegade heavy ordnance battery 3x medusa -500
2x renegade field artillery battery x4 heavy quad mortar -308
1798/2000
So any thoughts? this will be an army which is more competitive that my other chaos army, my local meta is necrons scarab farm and space marine battle demi company.

For the csm cad you need an hq like a chaos lord (warsmith) or a n actual warpsmith.

If you don't enjoy playing against people with unpainted armies, break into their house when they sleep, paint their figures for them, help yourself to their cheerios and then your problems will be solved.
Well, my opponents usually don't have more than 1-2 Wave Serpents 'cos Serpent spam is very expensive in real life money.
