I can click on the "preview" thread and it comes up..but the main sub forum does not.

I am on Google Chrome on my Samsung S4 if that matters to anybody.

It's a cache issue - the maintenance page sometimes gets 'stuck' in place of the proper page. Clear your browser cache, and all should be well.
