No, like take a grey knight terminator or something like that and throw some good bits on him to make him look more like a librarian. Alternatively buy the SM librarian in terminator armor and put some grey knights bits on him (like shoulder pads)

Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

From a single grey knight termi box I made a librarian (with deathwing knight robed head), a grand master, brotherhood captain, an inquisitor in termi armour (with daemon sword and old chaos warrior box bare head. 5th guy became an apoc for fnp.
Like everyone has said, kit bash them, you can't tell the difference.

While I do like the new librarian minis they’ve come out with recently, I picked up a box of GK power army guys (strike? Interceptor? I don’t play them, forget the terms). With some kitbashing with other kits, I put together a JP, bike, and foot librarian.

Guarded Grey Knight Terminator
|
I kit bashed dark angel death wing knight torso & head with grey knight arms and legs. Took a file to any dark angel symbol. Used one of the paladin symbols that had an item book. Came out looking pretty good
