can a wraithfighter shoot it's blasts at other flyers?
the rulebook is clear that you can fire normal weapons at normal bs when it has skyfire, or is a flyer, but I found it not as clear concerning blasts.

That said: No, blast weapons cannot be used on other zooming flyers or swooping FMC (or is it gliding, I always mix them up). Either way, when you are "flying" not hovering or anything like that, you cannot be hit by template or blast weapons.

you can fire blast weapons at flying monstrous creatures but not at zooming flyers. They have differen't "Hard to Hit" rules.

Quick answer:
Yes you can shoot heavy d-scythes against FMCs even if they are swooping.
NO cannot shoot heavy d-scythes at Flyers ever.
NO cannot use skyfire during Psychic phase (only FMC can), so
NO cannot Vortex FMCs, and only Snapfire Psychic Shriek.
