Looks pretty good I run something close to this. I have found 8 bloodletters do not do much though unless they are just an objective grab. need them in a horde to kill anything

Without doing too many changes I'd look at dropping your big unit of dogs to 10 and then have 2x5. More units, more blood tithes, more scoring, more flexible. I'd drop the melta bombs on the bikes, the combi-melta on the lord and the icons on the CSM to get another rhino for your possessed. Again, more scoring, blood tithes and more movement flexibility. Just a thought

Agreed. 4 x 5 dogs is more flexible than 15+5.

Maybe stick at 2 units of 5 and 1 of 10 if determined to escort the lord in, but if so leave off the combi-melta. One shot isn't reliable antitank and the rest of the squad has limited tank-munching power. Meltabombs are probably a better use of your points.

I was wondering : should I keep the soul grinder or exchange him for a defiler for more ranged options ?

Defilers are bad in my experience, keep the Soul Grinder. I prefer the Baleful Torrent on mine. What you can do is give your Bloodletters an Instrument and a Banner of Blood and use those to Deep Strike your Grinder without scatter or rolling reserves. I run 2 units of BLs to do this in case one doesn't come in. That big ol' Armor 13 almost wherever you want it is really scary.
