So... No chance of a fun game? You're just gakking on your opponents face and then you go on complaining on Dakka when you win, since Space Marines killed two of your bikes?
Sorry, just sick of these types of posts.

I don't know why you would ever use 4 scatter bikes. Its literally the worst set up possible.
1 casualty causes a leadership test. 5 is way better cause you need to lose 2 or just take 3 for max spam.
Why eldrad? Just to scout the D's? Seems bad since its d3 units.
I think this would be totally tabled vs most real GT level lists. skyhammer would have a field day.

I like the use of Eldrad, but dropping 1 scatterbike squad and giving the rest 1 more member is a good idea.
Its an ok list, not terrible. I like the use of Eldrad, its been awhile.

Weird List.
Are you using the ETC ruling for the D Platforms?
Also 11-0 vs what? 0 context . Always amusing to see peoples win loss ratio's in their sigs, this is probably just as bad. Just don't put that bit in....
I think you could make a far stronger eldar 1500 point list to be honest. I second the point about the Jetbike Unit size, and if your going to run that style list might be nice to squeeze in an Avatar. (Are wraithknights banned?)

WK are banned, as for the unit of 4 I no that 3 is better for spam but with 4 even with 1 model left you rally on your full LD, units of 5 can't rally with 1 dude left. As for the 11-0 is been against a few different army's and different levels of generals from good, to event winning good

I am just hard pressed to see this list being that good. 4 is a terrible number. You are concerned about rally but you are lest likely to flee with 5

The 'has no fun, or friends' eldar list. Please spell check your posts before you hit submit. 'No' isn't the same as 'know'.
I think that fact of rallying on full leadership is actually a valid point, and one that has bit me in the behind a few times, but I usually roll a farseer on a bike with them so it's all good.
@shade - I have my record in my sig. Nice place to keep track of it for me. So I know if my builds are doing well or not. Not everyone lies about it and buffs their W/L ratio to impress people.

I think you haven't played many good players if you are really 11 and 0 with this list. I suppose it is strong with lots of objective secured and those nasty D cannons and I assume eldrad is there to redeploy the D cannons, Crimson hunter takes care of your anti air.
But it is also certainly not invincible.
Have you played new tau yet? I think they will give you trouble with superior range, plenty of ignores cover and low enough ap weapons. Additionally I think skyhammer would give you issues as you don't have interceptor anywhere and if your heavy guns get tied up in combat you have limited ability to deal with armor.
For the record not trying to be a typical eldar "hater." You state in your post it's a competitive list so I assume you will take what you consider the best units or formations available, so let the haters hate. I'm just saying what I see as hard counters to the list that you should look out for.
Also most eldar lists I see like this feature a farseer on jetbike. I don't know if eldrad really earns his points back, but I suppose with the 11 and 0 record you have good faith that he is the way to go. If you have trouble a tournaments I would consider swapping him out and as stated 4 is a bad number for squads as taking any casualties will cause moral checks and bikes run off the board as fast as they move.

been using the farseer and I like him a lot (he's in pretty much all my other lists lol) just wanted to give eldrad a go (he's was sitting on my painting table for to long lol) skyhammer is a pretty good counter (tho ta pretty good against everything lol) tho I have played against it 3 times now and by bubble rapping my bikes with the d-cannons it really helps tone down the effectiveness of the skyhammer, I still take a lot of casualties but it has worked well for me. The 5 flyrants is the army I haven't played yet, not that I don't want to play against it just know one at my local store has it, I'm sure it will give me a run for my money but really what doesn't it mess up lol the meta over here is really against GC/ SH and also they tone down invisibility to you are bs1 so the d-cannons got a bit of a boost there since before I couldn't even hit them (unless I somehow scattered) and 2++ re-roll has been tone down to a 4+ on the re-roll (still really good but not 2++/2++ good)

6 objective secured units. Msu is the way to go, if i wanted a big squad I'd take a ten man unit with a farseer with the shard. and at 81pts it's not really a problem if you lose a squad

This list is just awful by competitive standards.
Eldrad is awesome, but where does he go? Is he joining the D-Cannons for T7? Since they're three separate batteries, he can only join one. If your aim is to scout them forward to make up for thier short range, don't. Twenty-four inches is too short to be effective for artillery, and it opens you up to being charged. You're basically hoping to roll a six on the D-weapon table, but you only have three shots.
Why do you have Warlocks with the D-cannons? You'd be much better off putting them all in a Warlock Conclave and joining it to Eldrad.
As others have pointed out, four is a terrible number for jetbikes. It's got all of the drawbacks of running a squad of five, but none of the benefits. Three is also a bad idea unless you plan on minimum troops. One casualty, and you're taking a leadership test. Some will break, and with how far you have to keep Scatbikers back they'll just run off the table.
The Crimson Hunter Exarch is a great choice for a flyer, but it's also your main source of anti-tank. The D-cannons won't cut it with their rate of fire. i would invest in some Dark Reapers or Fire Dragons.
I find it very hard to believe that this list has been as successful as you claim it to be. 11-0 against what? Orks and CSM? Skyhammer with Grav-cannons hard-counters this list. Gladius is a nightmare to deal with due to sheer weight of numbers. Six Flyrants will overwhelm you Crimson Hunter and Scatbikers, and Thunderdome just eats this list for breakfast.
Boring, one-dimensional spam lists like this are easily countered. If you play in as many GTs as you claim to and bring lists like this, I can see why you complain that Edlar are underpowered.

What this guy saids..
Last tournament I played ive seen:
- ravenwing bikes with a 2+/3+reroll coversave and scout,
- 4 riptides + broadsides + skyray's
- full flyrants
- full necron wraith's
- khorne daemonkin with 6 soulgrinders + 2x helldrake
Your list is reaaaaly to one -dimensional and could not cope with a lot of tournament lists.

it's 9 d-cannon shots 3 per squad, also with the scout move your already closer to your opponent and he won't want to be in range of d-cannons, also the warlocks are there to cast conceal, sit in 4+ cover and now it's 2+ cover on t7. The bikes as I have already said I'm switching me to 3 man units, it's 12 s6 shots for 81pts and I'll out range my opponent and with MSM good luck gettin line of sight on the bikes.
As for over lists like 5 flyrants, thunderdome blah blah blah sure those list will do well against mine but so what, those list do good against anything. Tho I could just take 3 hemlocks and poo all over thunderdome. And like I've already said before the meta up here is highly comped so you don't see many of the lists that people have stated. If I go to GTs that allow crazy army's and what not then I'll bring my 5 WK army or better yet my new corsirs army lol

I wonder how that would do against the new Tau Tidewall...Go to ground and all the shots just get reflected back at you. Don't even have to do much more beyond that...and just have the Stormsuge use it's single markerlight D-missiles.

Edited for grammar so I could actually make sense of what you posted.
Fine. You have nine D-cannon shots. My mistake. You still have to get them within twenty-four inches of your opponent with units that have the approximate mobility of a brick. Any smart opponent will simply counter-deploy to mitigate your scout move and charge the D-cannons. Any unit with twelve inches of movement and Fleet or Move Through Cover can pull this off. D-cannons only put out small blasts, so are easy to counter by keeping everything at maximum coherency. The most you'll do is overkill single models.
If the meta where you are is as comped as you say it is, I'm surprised that they don't comp Scatbikers. In any case, your list has exactly one trick going for it, and one that is easily countered. Scatbikers may have obscene firepower for thieir cost, but they are very squishy. Any sort of alpha-strike with drop pods will wipe out whole units or cause enough to fail leadership tests. You can also be out- MSU by most vanilla marine lists and even some Eldar armies. New Tau will make hash out of this army with the amount of re-rolls and ignores cover.
Mindless spam may work with a book as overpowered as Eldar against many armies, but against tournament lists it's easily countered.

Though I could just take 3 hemlocks and poo all over thunderdome. And like I've already said before , the meta up here is highly comped so you don't see many of the lists that people have stated. If I go to GTs that allow crazy arm ies and what not , then I'll bring my 5 WK army or better yet my new Corsairs army , LOL
Mindless spam may work with a book as overpowered as Eldar against many armies, but against tournament lists it's easily countered.
everyone is entitled to their own opinion. and I've played against the drop pod army's (9 pods to be exact) and I tabled him turn 4. And if you think d-cannons aren't that good then your very wrong. And sure new tau will hurt, who don't they hurt lol but then again that's why I'm also building my new wraithknight a with deepstriking hellstrom templates who can also charge after they shoot.
