Put draigo and 5 purifiers in a Redeemer and cast gate of infinity. Can draigo cast this from the Redeemer? Then after they deepstrike can they then disembark and light the enemy on fire?

No, the BRB states that only witchfires may be cast from inside a vehicle and only if it has fireports.

In addition, there is currently no way to Gate a vehicle.

Or, alternatively, you can put four squads of Purifiers in Rhinos for the same cost. Or consider allied drop pods.

To be honest, I don't see the point of Purifiers. The functionality is covered elsewhere in GK staples - Incinerators on Interceptors or Dreadknights, or Cleansing Flame on Librarians.
