Hi everyone, just looking for some feedback on this stand. West German Panzer Grenadier BN HQ 1983-ish so no NATO tri-color. Minis are GHQ. Sorry about the picture quality.

Are they aerials sticking out from them?

Have you considered using fishing string instead? Or do they normally look like that?

Other than that they look pretty cool dude.

I tried fishing line and tooth brush bristles before moving to paint bush bristles. The paint brush bristles stick out the best I think and the contrast gives the bases a little more depth. But, I'm open to any other suggestions.

Fishing line might work for the aerials, they look a bit thick at the moment, however you could try painting them grey rather than black, that would make them look thinner.

I like the tree a lot.
