 I'm just looking to get some feed back on the list I'm planning to take into a competitive doubles competition. I'm running from the NEW Tau book.
 
 
Some slight notes.
 - I know only that my ally is 750pts of Eldar
 - Army is required to be battleforged
 - Army cannot include gargantuan creatures or super heavies.
 - Army can only contain 
40K Approved Forge world
 
 
Personal note: I attempted multiple times to make use of the formations with the new book to gain some additional benifets, though for 750pts I found
 myself using points I couldn't really afford on units that weren't really going to pull their weight.

 The plan
 
 My general idea is that I'm going to focus on bombarding the opponent with sheer missile fire generally, using the seekers to destroy enemy
 armor as well as the riptide, which will generally be on intercept watch. Try and avoid high armor such as land raiders altogether if it can be
 helped and use the smaller units to try and snag objectives wherever possible.
 
 I'm only running a limited amount of markerlight but I find it difficult to include more without losing an actual unit for it.
 
 The cadre is with the strike team in order to double my 30" fire power.
 
 
Total fire power per turn adds up to around:
 20x Pulse rifle shots
 20x Pulse blaster shots
 15x Smart missile shots
 12x Twin-linked smart missile shots
 
6x Seeker Missiles (one use)
 8x Twin linked high-yield missile pod shots
 5x Markerlight
