I've tried so many times to build a list around them or including them, using IA13 and or IA5 options, but they are just never worth it thanks to their collosal points cost (20 standard infantry per Ogryn) what were they thinking? There's literally nothing that synergies well enough with them for that to be worth it unless you ally in some assault vehicles from chaos space marines.. Anyone had better luck or have some good ideas for them?

GW gives out MC status like it's no biggie, but they're afraid that if they made Ogryns relevant, it would break the game. It's truly one of the great mysteries of life.

.. They're great at butchering their way through tarpits? A fully kitted squad of Renegade Ogryn (including the hounds) clocking in at.. 1200 ish points(?) could easily take on 2,000 points of naked, screaming cultists. 8D
