Would it be possible or are they too heavy? If so what would be the perfect magnets

I'm pretty sure they're too heavy to magnetize given the relatively tiny contact point with the torso.

You may need TWO per wing, though (as in TWO in each wing AND TWO in each mounting area - for a total of EIGHT (8) magnets) as single magnets won't prevent rotation of parts due to gravity.

Or magnets and pins (magnet to attach, pin to stop rotation).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

It takes 4 magnets (2in wing and 2 at contact point) and a pin to magnetise my dragon wings, so I'd assume something similar for your mini.
